Cut to length plant with Straightening machine Cut to length plant: This is a straightening cum cut to length plant for Steel sheets. The capacity of this machine is up to the width of 125 mm and thickness of 3 mm and material of Stainless steel, brass, copper, tin, Mild steel, aluminium etc. This plant has got new low cost technology From Faco Automation in each stage of the machine. The machine is built and developed from concept to commissioning by Faco Automation. This machine has got sensor and brake technology for the cut to length module of this machine. We have no limitation of cutting in terms of length up to 99999mm. Meaning indefinitely adjustable from 0,5mm till 99999 mm. The accuracy of cutting is +/- 0,5 in case of lower models where accuracy of cutting is not needed much. We have accuracy up to +/- 0,05 mm The special feature of this machine is speed of process adjustable. The machine has got special cutting blades to enable cutting till Stainless steel grade.! The machine has got pneumatic cutting machine inbuilt hence consume low power compare to conventional technologies. But we need a compressor to run this machine. Compressor capacity is up to 3 HP.
